Planned-giving society helps secure future of parish, school
“Give to the Most High as He has given to you, generous, according to your means.”
Sirach 35:9
St. Francis Xavier Parish has established a planned-giving society called the Manresa Society, which will enable parishioners to help secure the long-term future and viability of our parish and school.
This society is named for a city in Spain that was the site of a transformational experience in the life of St. Ignatius of Loyola, leading to his calling to serve God. Similarly, St. Francis Xavier Parish is a place where countless personal transformations have occurred through education, worship, receiving the sacraments and fellowship. The Manresa Society has been created to recognize the vision, commitment and generosity of donors who are making planned gifts or written commitments to our parish.
You are invited to become a founding member of the Manresa Society by making a legacy gift – an investment in the future of St. Francis Xavier Parish. You may designate your gift to either the church or school endowments or to a particular parish ministry. Your donation will “live on” in perpetuity and ensure the future of our parish. Your commitment and foresight will preserve faith-based education, vital ministries and the sacred tradition of Catholic worship at St. Francis Xavier Parish for generations to come.
Already, several individuals and couples have signed on to be a part of this generous group.
