At St. Francis Xavier Parish, we are blessed to have more than 70 active ministries to address the spiritual, physical, educational and social needs of our community.
With ministries ranging from Bible studies for men, women and young adults, to those that enhance liturgy and worship, support parish and family life, promote justice and educate our youth, everyone can find some way to use their time and talent to benefit the community. Through the lens of stewardship, we recognize our need to give of ourselves as a participating member of the community. We don’t simply give because there is a need. We give because we need to give. We are not merely consumers of what is available to us. We want to contribute to making St. Francis Xavier and the world around us a better reflection of the love we have experienced from God.
We give our time and talent joyfully since all we have is given to us by God. We don’t sacrifice, we give. We give because God first gave to us, and He entrusts us to be good stewards of those gifts, returning them with increase.
Philippians 4:19-20: My God will fully supply whatever you need, in accord with his glorious riches in Christ Jesus. To our God and Father, glory forever and ever. Amen.
