At the request of the agencies we support, the St. Francis Xavier Giving Tree program will be starting a little earlier this year to give them more time to sort and distribute gifts before Christmas.

Since we are starting early, we will not be hanging tags on an actual tree. For your convenience, starting Nov. 4, tags will be available in boxes separated by age. The boxes will be placed on the altar railing on Mary and Joseph’s sides of the church, and in the Washington Street vestibule. The boxes will be labeled child, teen, and adult.

The agencies are asking for only gift cards to be purchased because they are able to help more clients than when we provide wrapped gifts. Thank you for understanding.

Please take a tag from the provided boxes, buy a gift card (consider using the St. Francis Xavier Gift Card Program at the parish office), put it in an envelope and tape the tag to the outside of the envelope. All gift cards/tags are due back at the parish office by Dec. 10.
