Epiphany, known as “Little Christmas,” is the feast that celebrates the arrival of the three Magi who had come to worship the Child Jesus shortly after his birth. The traditional date of Epiphany is Jan. 6, but in the United States it is celebrated on the Sunday between Jan. 2 and Jan. 8. 

Here’s a simple prayer to say as you bless your home. All you need is a little chalk. You also can sprinkle holy water in each room. Holy water is available in the Washington Street church vestibule (bring your own container).
