Celebrating Easter 2021 at St. Francis Xavier

Easter is the most important holy day of our year, when we celebrate the Resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ and his victory over death. As you make your plans this spring, we invite you to join the St. Francis Xavier Parish family for Mass.

Whether you’re staying home and watching a vibrant, music-filled Mass concelebrated by our priests, eagerly anticipating a bright and joyful outdoor Mass with singing, or longing to pray together in person, we have options for you.

Please use the button above to register your intention to come for Holy Communion at 11:15 a.m. or the outdoor Mass at 12 noon so we can plan accordingly!

Easter Vigil:

  • 8:30 p.m. Saturday, April 3, in Church

Easter Sunday Mass Schedule:

  • 8 a.m. in the Church
  • 10 a.m. in the Church
  • 10 a.m. in the Gym
  • 11:15 a.m. Communion outside for those watching at home
  • 12 noon Outdoors, weather permitting

Indoor Seating: By clicking on the button above and completing the Google form, you are registering your request for seating. You will be placed on a list and contacted if space becomes available; if seats open up through a cancelation, you will be notified and offered seating inside the church or gym. Do not lose hope! At Christmastime, everyone who registered still was able to get their first- or second-choice for Mass.

Outdoor Seating: While there is no limit to the number we can accommodate at the 12 noon outdoor Easter Sunday Mass, please use the PINK BUTTON to let us know if you plan to attend so we can anticipate how many we will be serving.

Communion in Parking Lot: Also, please use the YELLOW BUTTON to register if you plan to watch at home and come to the church at 11:15 a.m. on Easter Sunday to receive Holy Communion in the parking lot.

Easter Kits: We want those worshiping at home to feel part of our community celebration during Holy Week and Easter! We have prepared special kits with items that connect with our in-person worship that week. Please use the YELLOW BUTTON to sign up to receive one of these kits. They will be distributed in our parking lot at 1 p.m. on March 27.

A Note about Registration: The pink and yellow buttons above take you to Google forms. You do not need a Gmail account to register. (We think we fixed the issues we had at Christmas!) You may have more success using a laptop or desktop computer (versus a phone) and using Chrome as your browser. If you still have trouble, please contact our parish office at 330-725-4968.
