St. Francis Xavier Parish is seeking a volunteer Parish Registrar for our CYO sports program.

The job requires someone with time, organizational skills and attention to details, Excel and Word computer skills to tackle registration and then follow up to collect birth certificates and physicals. It requires daily time commitment for several months until the last piece of paperwork is handed in. This person would keep team data to hand to coaches and post individual data in the online CYO system.
