Celebrate the Solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary with our outdoor vigil Mass on Wednesday, Aug. 14, followed by our parish picnic!

We will gather for 5 p.m. Mass in the parking lot near the gym, facing the Randel House deck, which will serve as our temporary altar. A parish picnic will follow immediately after Mass, in the church basement (no wasps!).

Here’s what you need to know:

• The parking lot between the gym and the Randel House will be coned off for seating.
• Parking:
  • If you are staying after Mass for the parish picnic, please enter from Smith Road and park closest to the church.
  • If you are NOT staying for the parish picnic, or if that area is full, please enter from Washington Street and park in the “new” lot or the adjacent grassy area, or along Washington Street.
• Bring your own chairs for Mass. Chairs provided for the picnic!
• Food:
  • Fried chicken and JoJo’s, plus water, iced tea and lemonade will be provided.
  • Paper products, silverware, cups provided
  • Please bring a side dish, dessert or alternate beverages to share.
    • Suggested: A-L — bring salad or vegetable, M-Z — dessert or alternate beverages
  • Bring your food items to the church basement BEFORE Mass so we can keep it cold
  • Please RSVP below so we know how much food to order and tables/chairs to provide!
