We are happy to announce that the tuition for Latchkey will remain the same as it did last year. Registration will be $25.00 per family for the school year. We are requesting that you print and fill out a registration form and bring it with you to the Open House when you visit us at the Latchkey table. Your child must be registered for us to accept them into the Latchkey program.
Your child’s safety is our number one priority. Communication is our best tool to assure their safety. Any schedule changes should be made in writing. If your child is absent from school or if you can not get a note to us, please call our office at 330-725-6203. If it is during the school day, you will be leaving a message that we pick up at 2:30 when we arrive. We need all children accounted for at all times. If any of your contact information changes throughout the year, remember to inform us.
We have a couple options when it comes to paying your Latchkey tuition. You have the option of making one full payment in September or you can make 9 monthly payments. Payments are due the 1st of each month starting in September and ending in May.
“As needed” or “emergency” fees are due the same day the child uses latchkey.
Latchkey hours are from 6:30 a.m.-8:45 a.m. and 3:15 p.m.-6:00 p.m. No child should be dropped off before 6:30 a.m. or picked up after 6:00 p.m.
In case of a two hour delay, we will be open at our regular hours.
It is very important that each parent reads the Latchkey Parent Handbook to familiarize yourself with our policies. We ask all parents to sign off on the handbook at the start of the school year or at the start of service.
