WHAT IS TRUNK or TREAT? Trunk or Treat is a fun Halloween event! Adults decorate the trunks of their vehicles, park, and pass out treats to children who come to “trick or treat” from car to car.
WHEN: Saturday, Oct. 24
TIME: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
WHERE: St. Francis Xavier Church Parking Lot
WHO: BOTH OF THESE —
1) Parishioners who decorate their trunks, park & bring treats
2) Parents who bring their costumed children to trick or treat
NOTE TO THOSE PASSING OUT TREATS: Please let us know you’re coming and we’ll reserve a parking space for you. Decorate your trunk as simply or elaborately as you like and bring treats to pass out to children. Prizes will be awarded to “Cutest,” “Scariest,” and “Most Clever” trunks! Please arrive by 10:30 a.m. to park and set up, and stay until 1 p.m. Wear a costume if you like!
NOTE TO TRICK OR TREATERS: Parents, please let us know the number of children you’re bringing. Arrive between 11 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., and park on the Washington Street lot. We can’t wait to see the children in their costumes as they trick or treat on the main lot. Take a photo at our adorable Photo Station!
