The Tony Imburgia Memorial Scholarship was established by the Knights of Columbus Council #4168 in memory of Tony and his commitment to helping others in our community of faith by assisting children of St. Francis Xavier in their efforts to gain a Catholic education at St. Francis Xavier School. Up to seven scholarships in the amount of $800 will be awarded to students enrolled at St. Francis Xavier School for the 2018-2019 school year.  This scholarship is not based upon financial need of the applicant.
Applicants will be judged on:

1. Related volunteer experience, student and family participation & activities at St. Francis Xavier School/Parish
2. Essay content and quality
3. Letter of reference

APPLICATIONS
Interested applicants must complete the Tony Imburgia Scholarship application form. This is a fillable form that may be typed into and printed. Paper forms are available by calling St. Francis Xavier School at 330-725-3345 or the Parish Office at 330-725-4968. Deadline for submitting a completed application is April 30, 2018. Applicants will be notified and receive their award at the Award Ceremony on May 29, 2018. The scholarship award will be automatically deducted from the designated school year’s tuition.
