Dawn Cavanaugh, Youth Minister

Dawn Cavanaugh grew up in St. Francis Xavier Parish and was active in youth ministry as a teenager. That’s where she met her future husband, Bob, and learned to love Jesus. She and Bob are the parents of two adult sons, Jonathan and Andrew, and a daughter, Jordan, who is deceased. Bob was ordained a deacon in 2018 and assigned to St. Francis Xavier Parish. Dawn joined the parish staff as the youth minister in 2016, and she is thrilled to have the opportunity to lead teens to Christ through a wide variety of social activities, retreats and just plain fun.
